ORDINANCE NO. 3188. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment amd <br /> i assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 592 for the improve- <br /> ment of Wilmington Avenue from a point on the center line of said <br /> Avenue 4.41 feet easterly from the east boundary of State Highway <br /> No. 1 , thence South 26005' west 266.4 feet to a point 145 feet <br /> easterly of said east boundary of State Highway No. 1; and also <br /> the private alley east of State Highway No. 1 in South Highway <br /> Addition to Everett, beginning at a point on the center line of <br /> Wilmington Avenue , 145 feet easterly of the east boundary of State <br /> ;' Highway No. 1, thence south 5°46' west along a line that is 145 feet <br /> easterly of said east boundary of State Highway No. 1 for 679.48 feet;, <br /> thence south 6040'33" west 191.17 feet, thence south 9039' 12" west <br /> '` 434.90 feet , thence south 13042'13" west 364.45 feet to a point <br /> 52.33 feet north of the north property line of 52nd Street, by the <br /> construction of a local sewer and its necessary appurtenances , and by <br /> ; doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement , under <br /> ,; Ordinance No. 3166 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on <br /> account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels of land <br /> o r other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance <br /> of bonds therdor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 592 for the improvement of Wilmington <br /> Avenue from a point on the center line of said Avenue 4.41 feet <br /> easterly from the east boundary of State Highway No. 1, thence <br /> south 26005' west 266.4 feet to a point 145 feet easterly of said <br /> east boundary of State Highway No. 1; and also the private alley <br /> east of State Highway No. 1 in South Highway Addition to Everett , <br /> beginning at a point on the center line of Wilmington Avenue , 145 <br /> ' feet easterly of the east boundary of State Highway No. 1, thence <br /> . south 5046' west along a line that is 145 feet easterly of said <br /> east boundary of State Highway No. 1 for 679.48 feet, thence south <br /> +' 6040' 33" west 191.17 feet, thence south 9°39' 12" west 434.90 feet , <br /> ;' thence south 13°42' 13" west 364.45 feet to a point 52.33 feet north <br /> of the north property line of 52nd Street, by the construction of <br /> a local sewer and its necessary appurtenances , and by doing all work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement , under Ordinance No. 3166 <br /> '` of the City of Everett, as the same now stands , be , and the same is <br /> hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> f" land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same , and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that <br /> there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and <br /> parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll, in the <br /> amount finally charged against the same. <br /> - 1 - <br />
