The City of Everett's issuance of a <br /> Review Process II Special Property Use <br /> Permit#00-019 is upheld. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> VoiceStream Wireless (Applicant) requested approval of a Review Process II <br /> Special Property Use Permit (Permit)from the City of Everett (City) to install six <br /> panel antennas on the roof of an existing buiiding at 1030 Broadway Avenue, <br /> Everett, Washington (subject property). The antennas, which are to be used for <br /> wireless communication purposes, are located on the north and south ends of <br /> the structure, a motel in northem Everett. The Permit includes an electronic <br /> equipment facility near the existing motel office. Subsequent to the issuance of <br /> the Permit, an appeal was filed by Beverly Crumbaugh (Appellant) of the City's <br /> administrative determination. <br /> A hearing on the appeal was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of <br /> Everett on February 15, 2001.
