It appears that at least some <br /> individuals who provided written comments on the Notice of Application did not receive copies <br /> of the Notice of Decision. These individuals apparently were unaware of the City's decision to <br /> approve this proposal and thus did not have adequate notice of their appeal rights(see attached <br /> letter from Robert and Beverly Crumbaugh dated October 23, 2000). <br /> It is our intention to re-issue the Special Property Use permit decision with a new date and 14- <br /> day appeal period in order to provide proper notice of the decision in accordance with EMC <br /> Chapter 15.090.D. This decision will be issued within the next few days.
