May 11, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> May 11, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Council Members Fosse, Schwab, Vogeli, Zarlingo, <br /> Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Mayor Franklin and Council Member Rhyne <br /> were excused. <br /> President Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Fosse acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The minutes of the May 4, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Paula Rhyne, Everett, spoke in favor of the evening's agenda. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Fosse, Schwab, <br /> Vogeli, Zarlingo, Stonecipher, and Tuohy. <br /> Council Member Fosse made a motion to work with the Legal department to draft <br /> a resolution to support abortion and reproductive rights. Council Member Vogeli <br /> seconded the motion. <br /> 1 <br />
