May 18, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> May 18, 2022, by Vice President Tuohy. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Rhyne, <br /> Vogeli, Zarlingo, Fosse, Schwab, and Vice President Touhy, except President <br /> Stonecipher who was excused. <br /> Council Member Zarlingo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Vogeli acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The minutes of the May 11, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin acknowledged the tragedy that occurred in Buffalo, NY on <br /> Saturday, May 14. <br /> She also stated an update for Council would be coming forth soon regarding the <br /> new hire of a Resource Development Manager. This position will seek federal and <br /> state funding on behalf of the City. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> No one from the public submitted comments or signed up to speak. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Schwab, Fosse, <br /> Zarlingo, Vogeli, Rhyne, and Council Vice President Touhy. <br /> 1 <br />
