. . , . . , r o., ORDINANCE NO. 3183 il AN ORDINANCE providing, for the installation of a trunk i sewer to sewae the north portion of the City of Everett by 1 extension of present trunk sewer located near the north line of Baker Heihhts housinL Project, northerly and by the construction of lateral sewers in connection therewith, describing the route along which such improvement is to be constructed, describing lateral ? sewer locations, acquiring any necessary right of way, establishin_ land fixing; the boundary of the district to be assessed for such improvement, adopting the maps, plans and specifications as prepared le-v the engineer of the City of Everett for such improvement, and doing: all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all 1 in accordance with Resolution No. 5273 of the City of Everett, creatin, 1a local improvement district, creating, a local improvement district fund, providing for the payment of such improvement by special assessment under mode of payment by bonds, and providing for the sale of the said bonds by the City of Everett. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5273, the City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as herein outlined and by doing all work in connection therewith necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with the mans, plans and specifications prepared by the engineer of the City of Everett. a hearin0 has been ouly held as required by law. 1 ,i-HEAS, the City Council has, 'by unanimous vote, held , the improvement to be necessary for the public health and has ordered the same, and NC , THEREFORE, fnE CP.171 OF EVERETT DOE'S ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following improvement be made: That a trunk sewer with laterals be laid and constructed over and along the route hereinafter described, to,ether with all other 1 work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement.
