• ?. • ORDINANCE NO. '4 3174. An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 589 for the improvement of Fulton Street from 21st Street to 22nd Street, by the installation of a three (3" ) inch water main and necessary appurtenances and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement ; under Ordinance No. 3157 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 589 for the improvement of Fulton Street from 21st Street to 22nd Street, by the installation of a three (3't ) inch water main and necessary appurtenances and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; under Ordinance No. 3157 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown bysaid roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged aga_intt the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll, and that there is herehy levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. , r1 Section 3: That the 8th day of rbtlitgo4t, 1948 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City.
