IE <br /> E such improvement except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of <br /> 1923 , or acts amendatory thereto and the ordinances of the City of <br /> 1 Everett. <br /> Section 3 : That there is hereby established a local <br /> 0 improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District <br /> 1 No. i ," which district shall include the following described <br /> property located in Everett , Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: <br /> Lots 1 thru 84 inclusive , Lot 100 including vacated street and <br /> less road, Lot 101 including vacated street and less road, Lot <br /> 102 less street , Lots 103 thru 106 inclusive , Lot 111 and Lots <br /> 1 200 thru 232 inclusive , all in the Plat of Bridgeway; and the <br /> ilfollowing described unplatted tracts in the SE,-1; of Section 8, <br /> Township 29 North, Range 5 E.W.M. (1) Begin at the intersection <br /> of the east line of State Highway No. 1 with the westerly line <br /> hof Hawthorne Street. , thence South 40025'30" West along the East <br /> o line of State Highway No. 1 to a point 120 feet westerly from <br /> I1 the west property line of Hawthorne Street , thence Southwesterly <br /> 1 along a line 120 feet westerly of and parallel to the west <br /> property line of Hawthorne Street to the south line of the SE- <br /> of said Section 8, thence easterly along said south line of <br /> said section line to the west property line of Hawthorne Street, <br /> 1 thence Northwesterly along the west property line of Hawthorne <br /> Street to the point of beginning. (2) Begin at the inter- <br /> section of the east line of State Highway No. 1 with the east <br /> I line of Hawthorne Street, thence North 40°25'30" East along <br /> the east line of State Highway No. 1 for 189.70 feet ; thence <br /> South 22°35' 20" East 192.45 feet , thence South 13013 '20" East <br /> I,` 14.87 feet; thence South 76046' 40" West for 155.9 feet, thence <br /> North 28048' 20" West 97.90 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> si (3 ) Begin at the intersection of the west property line of Walnut <br /> Street with the south line of the SE4 of Section $, Township 29 <br /> F North, Range 5 E.W.M. , thence westerly along the south line of <br /> I said SE1 of Section $ for a distance of 45 feet , to the Southeast <br /> 1 corner of Lot 7, Plat of Bridgeway, thence Northerly along the <br /> East line of said Lot 7 to the South line of Butler Street , <br /> R thence Easterly along the South line of Butler Street for 50 <br /> 11 feet to the West property line of Walnut Street , thence Southerly <br /> along the West property line of Walnut Street 100 feet to the <br /> f; point of beginning. (4) begin at the Southeast corner of <br /> Lot 101, Plat of Bridgeway, thence North 72012'30" East to a <br /> point on the East property line of Walnut Street,the true point <br /> of beginning, thence continue on the same straight line to a <br /> q point 120 feet easterly of the E.P.L. of Walnut Street; thence <br /> lE southerly along a line 120 feet from and parallel to the E.P.L. <br /> of Walnut Street to the South line of Section $ , thence <br /> Westerly along the South line of Section $ to the E.P.L. of Wal- <br /> nut Street, thence Northerly along the E.P.L. of Walnut Street <br /> to the true point of beginning. ( 5) The unplatted triangular <br /> i shaped tract of land bounded on the North by the North line of <br /> 11 Lot 218 of Plat of Bridgeway produced easterly in its present <br /> direction to Alverson Boulevard,on the west by Plat of Bridge- <br /> way and on the east by Alverson Boulevard. <br /> Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be <br /> 4- �I called "Local Improvement Fund No. `5 ` ." which shall consist in <br /> the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and colleted <br /> h on the several lots , tracts and parcels of land in said local <br /> '1 improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds in said <br /> - 2 - <br />
