The Secretary, Assistant Examiner and other assistants shall perfom such duties as the Civil Service Commission shall authorize and direct. Section 6: CITY POUND DEPARTMENT. There shall be in the City Pound Department one Pound- master and One Assistant Poundmaster. Such officer and Assistant shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their office , and as the Commissioner of Safety shall authorize and direct. Section 7: POLICE COURT DEPARTMENT. There shall be in the Police Court Department the follow- ing named officer, to-wit: One Clerk of the Court (part time) who shall perform the duties pertaining to his office. Section $: PARK DEPARTMENT . There shall be in the office of the Park Department the following named officers and assistants, to-wit : One Superintendent ; One Assistant Superintendent ; One Foreman ; Two Gardeners ; One Golf Professional ; Two Utility Laborers; One Secretary (part time ) ; One Zookeeper; and One or more day laborers (part time ) ; and One Greenskeeper. The Park Department shall be under the general charge and supervision of the Park Superintendent. The other assistants and employees shall perform such duties as pertain to the nature of their office and as authorized and directed by the Park Super- intendent. Section 9: PLAYGROUNDS DEPARMNT. There shall be in the Playgrounds Department the follow- ing named officers and assistants, to-wit: One Supervisor (part time ) ; One Life Guard (part time) and Two Playfield Leaders (part time) .
