• . 1 . . e 1 assistants and employees in the office of the City Engineer, to-wit : One City Engineer (part time ) ; One Senior Engineer; One Associate Engineer; Seven Junior Engineers ; Four Senior Engineering Aides ; Four Engineering Aides; One Stenographer; One or more inspectors (part time) . Said officers , assistants and employees shall perform the duties indicated by the name of their respective employment and such other duties as the City Engineer shall, from time to time, authorize and direct. Section 19: INSPECTION DEPARTMENT. There shall be the following named officers and employees in the Inspection Department, to-wit : One Building Inspector ; One Electrical Inspector; One Plumbing Inspector; One Office Helper (part time) ; and One Assistant Building Inspector (part time ) . It shall be the duty of such officers and employees to perform the duties relating to such offices as defined by the ordinances of such City, and such other duties as the Commissioner of Public Works shall authorize and direct. Section 20: STREET DEPARTMENT. There shall_. be the following named officers and assistants in the Street Department, to-wit : One Superintendent ; One Clerk; One Auto Repairman; One Auto Repairman' s Helper; Four Foremen; Nine Truck Drivers ; One Crusherman; One Donkeyman; One Bulldozer Operator; Two Gradermen; One Yardman; One Night Watchman ; One Dumpman ; Three Push-up men ; Eight Utility Laborers ; One Relief Clerk (part time) ; and One or more Day Laborers. Said officers , assistants and employees shall perform the duties pertaining to such office as indicated by the name of their respective employments, and such other duties as the Superintendent of Streets or Commissioner of Public Works shall, from time to time , authorize and direct. Section 21: WATER DEPARTMENT. There shall be the following named officers, assistants and employees in the Water Department of the City of Everett, to-wit: One Superintendent (part time) ; One Assistant Super- intendent ; One General roreman ; One Distribution System Foreman; One Chief Clerk ; Two Clerks ; One Accountant; Four Water Control Station Operators; One Headworks Operator; Two Senior Engineering Aides ; One or more Foremen ; One Welder; One Blacksmith; One Blacksmith' s Helper; One Inspector; One Assistant Inspector; One or more Heavy Ecuipment Operators ; One or more Truck; Drivers ; One Machinist; One Auto Repairman; One Assistant Auto Repairman; - 5
