' <br /> ORDINANCE No. 3160 . <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 585 for the <br /> improvement of Glenwood Avenue from Mukilteo Boulevard to a point <br /> 2120 feet south of 1•iukilteo Boulevard by the installation of a <br /> 6" water main, fire hydrants and necessary appurtenances, and by <br /> doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith <br /> to make a complete improvement ; under Ordinance No. 3135 of the <br /> City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against <br /> the several lots , tracts and parcels of land or other property as <br /> shown on said roll ; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor.. <br /> and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 585 for the improvement of Glenwood <br /> Avenue from 1,1ukilteo Boulevard to a point 2120 feet south of <br /> Mukilteo Boulevard by the installation of a 6" water main , fire <br /> hydrants and necessary appurtenances, and by doing such other work <br /> as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete <br /> improvement, under Ordinance No. 3135 of the City of Everett, as the <br /> same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved <br /> and confirmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots , t racts and parcels <br /> of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against <br /> the same , and that the assessment appearing against the same is in <br /> proportion to the assessment appearing upon said roll , and that <br /> there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot , tract and <br /> parcel of land , or other property appearing on said roll in the <br /> amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3 : That the loth day of _Zan ry .___, 1948 , <br /> is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required <br /> to be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the City of Everett may sell said <br /> bonds and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City. <br /> "_VAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ITY CLERK �... <br /> Passed: November 25th, 1947. <br /> Published: November 26 _th , 1947 . <br />
