EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 7780 <br /> A RESOLUTION declaring a 2005 SRS Crisafulli Rotamite 4000 Dredge(WC007) surplus and <br /> authorizing for sale at public auction, <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> 1. The City has a 2005 SRS Crisafulli Rotamite 4000 Dredge (WC007); and <br /> 2. The above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 3. Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplus or disposition of <br /> City-owned personal property; and <br /> 4. Based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06, a public auction is <br /> the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> 5. The City's Procurement Manager has reported the basis for the estimated value of the surplus <br /> property and has recommended to surplus the above-referenced vehicle and equipment by <br /> public auction. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND EVERETT CITY COUNCIL THAT: <br /> 1. The City has a 2005 SRS Crisafulli Rotamite 4000 Dredge (WC007). <br /> 2.
