Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to Idisqualification of its bid. SPECIAL PROVISIONS i • Remove and replace page 57 of 85 of the Special Provisions which will reflect the change of ESALs listed in 5-04.3(8)A2. i • Remove and replace page 70 with pages 70 and 70.1 of the Special Provisions which will reflect supporting language for Asphalt Cost Price Adjustment. BID SCHEDULE • Remove and replace the last page of each bid schedule sheets for all schedules. For Schedules A-F an added bid item of Asphalt Cost Price Adjustment was added. This will also reflect the change on schedules D (W Casino) for the change in loop quantities. I • Remove and replace the first page of Schedule C to reflect the change in quantity for Uniformed Police Officer.
