The Proposal also includes Bid <br /> Additive Schedule B, Schedule C, Schedule D, Schedule E and Schedule F. For identical items on <br /> Schedules A through F, the cost per unit shall be equal or equivalent by scale, as determined by the <br /> City. The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder based on the total sum of the Base <br /> Bid (Schedule A) plus the total of the selected Bid Additives.
