WHEN OPEN IT SHALL REST SECURELY ON <br />THE CONCRETE BULLRAIL WITHOUT DAMAGING THE CONCRETE. THE STEEL BULLRAIL ON LID SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR THE SAME <br />LOADING AS THE LIDS, BUT THE BULLRAIL FILLER FABRICATION SHALL ONLY BE DESIGNED FOR A 300LB POINT LOAD. THE BULLRAIL <br />FILLER FABRICATION SHALL BE MANUALLY OPERATED AND DOES NOT REQUIRE AN ASSIST. <br />14. VAULT LID IDENTIFICATION PLACARDS; ASTM A 276, TYPE 316 STAINLESS STEEL ELECTROPOLISHED. PLACARDS SHALL INCLUDE <br />MODEL NUMBER AND FABRICATOR. LETTERING SHALL BE ACID ETCHED INTO PLATE FOR BLACK LETTERING, SEE S14.10 FOR DETAILS. <br />15.
