The programmed available funding for this project is $385,000. Project summary statement: Bid proposals for the Interurban Trail to YMCA Pedestrian Improvements Project were opened on May 24, 2022, with three (3) bid proposals received for the project. Always Active Services LLC of Seattle, WA submitted the lowest responsive bid in the amount of $332,142. This project will construct pedestrian improvements between Alta Drive and Colby Avenue. Improvements Include a new crosswalk at 48th and Colby Avenue with a rectangular rapid flashing beacon to complete a pedestrian link between the Interurban Trail at Alta Drive and Colby Avenue. This will enhance pedestrian access to YMCA and Emma Yule Park.
