Letter of Understanding <br /> By and Between <br /> City of Everett <br /> and <br /> Amalgamated Transit Union, Local 883 <br /> This Letter of Understanding (LOU) establishes the guidelines for those paratransit operators <br /> hired between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2001 to become fixed route operators. <br /> A. The following guidelines, as amended, are incorporated from the March 29, 2002 LOU. <br /> B. Paratransit Operators hired between January 1, 1999 and December 31, 2001. <br /> The following paratransit operators will retain their original date of hire as a paratransit <br /> operator for the purposes of bus operator pay, longevity, vacation, and working seniority: <br /> Karl Neue-Lawson Hire Date 9/27/99 <br /> C. All other Operators. <br /> The language of Article 14, Section 17 will apply to all other Operators. <br /> This Letter of Understanding supersedes the Letter of Understanding dated March 29, 2002. <br /> 41 <br />
