SOFT SPOTS OBSERVED SHALL BE EXCAVATED TO FIRM SOIL <br />CONDITIONS OR TO A MAXIMUM DEPTH OF 24 INCHES AND HAVE <br />MIRAFI® 50OX GEOTEXTILE FABRIC (OR APPROVED EQUIVALENT), PLACED <br />AT THE BASE OF THE EXCAVATION AND THEN BACKFILLED WITH <br />STRUCTURAL FILL. <br />3. UPON COMPLETION OF REPAIRS, PROOF ROLLS SHALL BE PERFORMED <br />IN REPAIRED AREAS. <br />4. A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES OF CRUSHED ROCK APPROVED BY THE <br />GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL BE PLACED ABOVE THE PREPARED <br />SUBGRADES ABOVE A LAYER OF MIRAFI® 50OX GEOTEXTILE FABRIC (OR <br />APPROVED EQUIVALENT) UNLESS PREVIOUS SOFT SPOT REPAIR ALREADY <br />NECESSITATED THE EARLIER USE OF THE GEOTEXTILE. <br />5. STRUCTURAL FILL FOR TEMPORARY HAUL/ACCESS ROADS AND STAGING <br />AREAS SHALL BE COMPACTED TO MINIMUM 95% MODIFIED PROCTOR. <br />6. EXISTING ACCESS ROAD AND GATE ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED <br />UNLESS AN ALTERNATIVE ACCESS IS APPROVED BY THE CITY, AND THE <br />OWNER REPRESENTATIVE. <br />HORIZONTAL DATUM FOR THIS SURVEY IS NAD 83/91 PER CITY OF <br />EVERETT.
