June 1, 2022 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli and Fosse who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> PUBLIC HEARING —TRANSIT FARES AND TRANSFER POLICY <br /> President Stonecipher stated the public hearing remained open from last week. <br /> Deb Williams stated there was no one from the public who wished to speak. <br /> Moved by Vice President Tuohy,seconded by Council Member Zarlingo,to close <br /> the public hearing. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Members <br /> Vogeli and Fosse who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 2205-18 <br /> SECOND, THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 2918-06, Ordinance No. 3623- <br /> 18, and Ordinance No. 3668-19 regarding Transit Fare Changes. <br /> Discussion followed among Council Members Zarlingo, Rhyne, Schwab, Tuohy, <br /> and President Stonecipher. <br /> Moved by Council Member Rhyne, seconded by Council Member Schwab, to <br /> amend the motion to increase the definition of youth to the age of 21,as a pilot <br /> 4 <br />
