EXHIBIT A <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The proposal is for architectual services associated with improvements to the lobby within th Everett Staion located <br /> at 3201 Smith Avenue in Everett,WA 98201.there is currently an issue with cold air entering the Grat Hall(lobby) <br /> through existing sliding doors.2812 Architecture main task look into solution to mitigate the air flow. Additionally, <br /> 2812 Architecture will address planning of the lobby space as it relates to the proposed solutions. Their services <br /> include preliminary design work that will present 2-3 schemes for the future layout that will be rpesented to Everett <br /> Transit. The scope and fees listed will cover the work necessary to compltet the preliminary design of the project. <br /> 2812 Architereture will develop preliminary drawings based on items discussed in the walkthroug of the space. <br /> Once completed 2812 Architecture will submit drawings to Everett Transit for review.
