On Sheet A0.1, the Type of Construction has been listed as Type V-B. However, the IBC 2015 limits the number of stories for unsprinkler'd V-B buildings to (2) stories. Please revise the Type of Construction per IBC 2015 Table 504.4 and provide documentation supporting the revised Type of Construction per IBC 2015. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and/or the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
