Please be advised, effective November 24, 2020 this property was rezoned to MU: Mixed Urban and new sign <br /> regulations went into effect. Current sign code requirements are available online, here: <br /> https://everett.municipal.codes/EMC/19.36 <br /> 2. This property is located outside Metro Everett so it is subject to Sign Category A requirements. Per footnote 10 <br /> of Table 36-2,only 1 backlit cabinet sign may be permitted and the maximum backlit cabinet size in this area is <br /> 6sqft.The proposed signs exceed this. Planning Staff cannot approve your sign permit request as proposed; <br /> please review EMC 19.36 and revise your proposal accordingly to demonstrate compliance with the applicable <br /> provisions. <br /> The sign permit checklist and interim permit intake/resubmittal policy are available via the"website &online resources" <br /> link in my signature. Please submit at minimum 2 copies of any revised documents/plans.
