The parcel number for the subject property is 005057-000-020-
02. Our services have been completed in accordance with the proposal signed by you on August 30,2021.
INTRODUCTION
We understand the concrete driveway and parking area adjacent to West Mukilteo Boulevard was
recently expanded by approximately 1,100 square feet without a permit. The work consisted of removing
the top course of an existing rockery and constructing a new ecology block retaining wall approximately
6.0 to 10.0 feet in height, and approximately 56.5 feet long. Conditions are shown on the Site Plan in
Figure 2. We understand that the City of Everett has requested, and you have agreed, to demolish the
wall and restore the property to its original condition. The purpose of this study is to assess any
geotechnical concerns on the site and provide recommendations for wall demolition and stabilization of
the site.
For our use in preparing this report, we were given a copy of the City's comment letter issued August 3,
2021, as well as a site plan untitled and dated May 21, 2021, and structural calculations for the wall
prepared by CS2 Engineers and Dated June 8,2021.
