The TIP lists all the anticipated transportation capital improvements for which the City may pursue some phase of development during the next six years (2023-2028). The TIP includes street and highway improvements, non -motorized projects, and transit investments. It is a financially unconstrained list. The resolution authorizes city staff to seek funding for the various project phases which could include design, right -of way acquisition, equipment acquisition, construction, or implementation. The Transportation Advisory Committee and the Planning Commission have reviewed the 2023-2208 TIP and recommend approval. Briefing scheduled for the 6/22/22 council meeting and a request for council to adopt the resolution is scheduled for action on 6/29/22.
