June 15, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> June 15, 2022, Vice President Tuohy presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin, and Council Members Vogeli, <br /> Rhyne, Zarlingo, Tuohy, Fosse, and Schwab were present. President Stonecipher <br /> was excused. <br /> Council Member Zarlingo led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Fosse acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> The minutes of the June 8, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin thanked Tyler Chism, city staff, and all the vendors for their efforts <br /> in the Sorticulture event that occurred last weekend. There was a great turnout <br /> and the community, as in previous years, responded with positive reviews. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Council Executive Deb Williams stated there were no members of the public who <br /> wished to speak, and Council received no written comment. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Comments and liaison reports were provided by Council Members Rhyne, <br /> Zarlingo,Tuohy, and Fosse. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> 1 <br />
