June 22, 2022 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 p.m., <br /> June 22, 2022, Council President Stonecipher presiding. <br /> Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Fosse, <br /> Schwab, Zarlingo, Stonecipher and Tuohy were present. Council Member Rhyne <br /> was excused, and Council Member Vogeli was expected to be a few minutes late. <br /> President Stonecipher led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> On behalf of the City Council, Council Member Zarlingo acknowledged the original <br /> inhabitants of this place, the sduhub people, and their successors, the Tulalip <br /> Tribes. <br /> Council Member Vogeli entered Council Chambers at 12:35 p.m. <br /> The minutes of the June 15, 2022, City Council meeting were approved as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated that the Pride in the Park event is scheduled for this <br /> Saturday, June 25, at 11 a.m. at Forest Park. She also commented on the success <br /> of last weekend's Clean Everett Day. Mayor Franklin stated she was at the Boys <br /> and Girls Club of South Everett earlier today, where Comcast gave new laptops to <br /> the kids for their digital equity campaign. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Council Executive Deb Williams stated there were no people who wish to speak, <br /> and Council received no written comment. <br /> 1 <br />
