The foundation <br /> dimensions are clarified in the details and plan set. <br /> 3) Sections are updated on the revised plan set. <br /> 4) Shearwall locations and straps are clarified on the revised plans set. <br /> 5) Roof framing is specified on the revised plan set. <br /> 6) Floor cantilever framing and roof framing is clarified on the revised plan set. <br /> 7) The framing supporting the posts is clarified in the revised plan set. <br /> 8) The proposed construction of the exterior deck (north end of the Upper Floor) is clarified <br /> on the revised plan set. <br /> 9) Provided by NuttyCad. <br /> 10)Structural calculations are included with the revised plan set.
