ORDINANCE NU. <br /> An ordinance changing the name of part of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard in Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4, E.O.M. , naming <br /> the road across Pigeon Creek No. 2 Fill, and repealing all ordinances <br /> and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Mukilteo Boulevard from it 's intersection <br /> with the road across Pigeon Creek No. 2 Fill, near Dogwood Drive <br /> to it 's intersection with said road near Lot 16, Maple Heights <br /> Division No. 2 be changed to "WOOD PLACE. " <br /> Section 2: That the road across Pigeon Creek No. 2 Fill <br /> from it ' s intersection with Mukilteo Boulevard near Dogwood Drive <br /> thence northwesterly to it 's intersection with Mukilteo Boulevard <br /> near Lot 16, Maple Heights Division No. 2, be named "MUKILTEO <br /> BOULEVARD". <br /> Section 3: That the City Engineer of the City of Everett <br /> be, and he is hereby instructed to note said change of name upon <br /> the City official plat and maps and that he be instructed to note <br /> the designation of a name for a certain unnamed road as set forth <br /> above, and the City Clerk be, and is hereby instructed to prepare <br /> and file a certified copy of this ordinance in the offiPe of the <br /> Auditor of Snohomish County, Y[ashington with the request that said <br /> changes be made and noted upon the maps of Section 36, Township <br /> 29 North, Range 4, E.W.M. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> 7 <br /> .P/, i C y Clerk <br /> Passed: October14, 1947 . <br /> Published: " 15, 1947 . <br /> 1 <br />
