It is the owner/applicant's responsibility to contact the appropriate authority and comply with these requirements whether <br /> or not described herein. <br /> 6. Erosion and sedimentation control measures per City standards shall be taken prior to and throughout the demolition. <br /> 7. No site work, clearing, grading, excavating, or earthwork permitted except to restore building pad after demolition. Building pad area <br /> shall be graveled or re-vegetated. No exposed soils permitted. <br /> 8. No dirt/debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 9.
