<br />NOT SHOWN. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO AVOID DAMAGE OR DISTURBANCE TO EXISTING UTILITIES.
<br />D ABBREVIATIONS: THROUGHOUT THE PLANS ARE ABBREVIATIONS WHICH ARE IN COMMON USE. THE
<br />PROJECT MANAGER WILL DEFINE THE CONTENT OF ANY IN QUESTION.

<br />THE OWNER SHALL OBTAIN AND PAY FOR ALL PERMITS AND FEES UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE

<br />NOTHING IN THE DRAWINGS AND/OR SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO PERMIT AN
<br />INSTALLATION IN VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE CODES AND/OR RESTRICTIONS. SHOULD ANY CHANGE IN
<br />THE DRAWINGS BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE CODES AND/OR
<br />REQUIREMENTS, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE PROJECT MANAGER AT ONCE AND CEASE WORK
<br />ON ALL PARTS OF THE CONTRACT WHICH ARE AFFECTED.
<br />THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL BE IN FULL ACCORDANCE WITH THE
<br />LATEST RULES, REGULATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, REQUIREMENTS, AND CODES.
<br />ALL WORK AS SHOWN ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS IS JURISDICTION BUILDING CODE AND FIRE
<br />CODE AS ADOPTED WITH CERTAIN AMENDMENTS IN THE BUILDING CODE. IT IS THE INTENT OF THESE
<br />DOCUMENTS TO COMPLY THERETO. WORK PERFORMED IN VIOLATION OF THE LOCAL CODES, OR
<br />ORDINANCES SHALL BE CORRECTED AT NO EXPENSE TO THE OWNER.
<br />G CONFLICT: IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT WHEREIN THE METHODS OR STANDARDS OF INSTALLATION OR THE
<br />MATERIALS SPECIFIED DO NOT EQUAL OR EXCEED THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAWS OR ORDINANCES,
<br />THE LAWS OR ORDINANCES SHALL GOVERN THE INSTALLATION NOTIFY THE PROJECT MANAGER OF ALL
<br />CONFLICTS. ANY WORK DONE BY THE CONTRACTOR AFTER DISCOVERY OF SUCH DISCREPANCY SHALL BE
<br />DONE AT THE CONTRACTOR®S RISK.
<br />H DIMENSIONS: SURVEY: DIMENSIONS OF SITE CONDITIONS ARE FROM SURVEY BY OTHERS. PROJECT
<br />MANAGER BEARS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACCURACY. DIMENSIONS ARE SHOWN TO FACE OF
<br />CONCRETE, TO FACE OF CLADDING AT EXTERIOR FRAMED WALLS, FACE OF FINISH AT INTERIOR WALLS,
<br />AND CENTERLINE OF OPENINGS, UNLESS DETAILED OTHERWISE ON DRAWINGS. CONTRACTOR SHOULD
<br />REVIEW AND VERIFY ACTUAL CONDITIONS BEFORE FRAMING BEGINS AND NOTIFY THE PROJECT MANAGER
<br />OF ALL CONFLICTS,
<br />DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL USE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS AND

<br />CONTRACTORS SHALL VERIFY SIZES AND LOCATIONS OF ALL OPENINGS FOR WORK.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL ROUGH —IN DIMENSIONS FOR THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED AND
<br />INSTALLED BY CONTRACTOR OR OTHERS.
<br />THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CONSULT THE PLANS OF ALL TRADES FOR OPENINGS THROUGH SLABS,
<br />WALLS, CEILINGS AND ROOFS FOR DUCTS, PIPES, CONDUITS, CABINETS AND EQUIPMENT AND SHALL
<br />VERIFY THE SIZES AND LOCATIONS WITH SUBCONTRACTORS.
<br />I FIRE STOPS: FIRE STOPS IN WALL, OR CEILINGS, ETC. SHALL BE PROVIDED PER JURISDICTION BUILDING
<br />CODE. SECTION 7 REQUIREMENTS. PROVIDE FIRE DAMPERS AT ALL SUPPLY AND RETURN AIR OUTLETS,
<br />INLETS, OR DUCTS PENETRATING FIRE RATED ASSEMBLIES, ENCLOSURES, WALLS, FLOORS, OR SURFACES
<br />AND AS REQUIRED BY FIRE DEPARTMENT.
<br />J SHOP DRA NGS: PROVIDE SHOP DRAWINGS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER/OWNER'S APPROVAL AND AS
<br />REQUIRED BY GOVERNING JURISDICTION PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
<br />2.0 SITE WORK
<br />A HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: DISCOVERY OF ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIALS (ASBESTOS, CHEMICAL WASTES,
<br />PESTICIDES, ETC.) SHALL BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE OWNER. AFTER MUTUAL AGREEMENT
<br />BETWEEN CONTRACTOR PARTIES AND SUBMITTAL OF A WRITTEN CHANGE ORDER CONTRACTOR IS
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVAL, DISPOSAL AND CERTIFICATION AS REQUIRED BY LAW. OWNER TO ADVISE
<br />OF KNOWN EXISTENCE.
<br />B PERMITS: CONTRACTOR TO MAKE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS OR SECURE- NECESSARY PERMITS WITH
<br />THE GOVERNING AGENCY FOR SITE WORK OR TO BLOCK SIDEWALKS OR STREETS DUE TO
<br />CONSTRUCTION.
<br />C SAFETY: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE COMPLETE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND MEASURES OVER
<br />THE ENTIRE SITE INCLUDING ADJACENT YARDS, PASSAGEWAYS AND AREAS WHERE PERSONS NOT
<br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MAY BE PRESENT
