Please submit 2 copies of all plans and <br /> associated documents addressing Staff's comments for the DADU so we can wrap up our reviews accordingly. For <br /> Planning,the DADU Covenant and Survey are the remaining Planning comments for the DADU only. <br /> Correction items 1, 2, and 4 from the attached memorandum still apply for the separated garage permit(B2109-049). I <br /> have added this information to the garage file and updated my 1st Review line on that permit as"correction letter". <br /> Please review and revise at your earliest convenience.Comments/corrections from other plan reviewers may be <br /> forthcoming;the permit is currently in line for their reviews.You can check the status of other reviewers online at <br /> pw.everettwa.gov. <br /> Note:these requirements are only in relation to the land use code and do not account for all possible requirements <br /> from other departments.
