THE <br />PURPOSE OF THE VISIT WAS TO ASSESS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE CAUSED BY <br />THE FIRE AND TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPING THE REPAIR PLAN. <br />THE OBSERVED DAMAGES INCLUDE: <br />15 OF THE 18 MANUFACTURED TRUSSES HAVE UNREPAIRABLE <br />FIRE DAMAGE, THEREFORE ALI, -TRUSSES NEED TO BE REPLACED <br />ALONG WITH THE ROOF SHEATHING, OVERFRAMING AND GABLE ENDS. <br />THE 2x4 WALL TOP PLATE IS BURNT AND NEEDS TO BE <br />REPLACED, SEE DET.
