Additionally,
maintenance costs are expected to be minimal.
The City has an Interlocal Agreement with Washington State Department of Enterprise
Services that allows for purchases from its competitively awarded contracts in lieu of
soliciting bids on our own.
This vehicle is available for purchase from Clary Longview LLC dba Bud Clary
Ford/Hyundai, located in Longview, Washington, through the Washington State
Department of Enterprise Services competitively bid contract #05916/COE #2018-117.
Vehicles must be purchased from the Longview dealership in order for the City to use
the Washington State contract.
Recommendation (exact action requested of Council):
Award and authorize the purchase of one electric Ford vehicle from Clary Longview LLC
dba Bud Clary Ford/Hyundai for $67,224.26, including Washington state sales tax, from
Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract #05916/COE #2018-117.
