Action Target submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid for a total amount of $434,500 plus Washington State Sales Tax of $43,016 for a total construction contract amount of $477,516. The engineer's estimate for construction is $390,000. Project summary statement: Plans and specifications have been prepared for the Police Firing Range Bullet Trap Replacement Project to the satisfaction of the Parks & Facilities Department. The existing bullet trap and targeting systems located at the EPD firing range has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The scope of work includes the abatement of lead fragments from the existing bullet trap and the removal and replacement of the old impact surfaces and targeting systems.
