I <br /> City of Everett 00 73 00 - 1 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> SECTION 00 73 00 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> A. The following "Special Conditions" shall supplement the General Conditions and shall <br /> become a part of this contract: <br /> PART 2 -WORKING HOURS <br /> 2.1 General Contractor will be required to provide a project schedule that clearly defines <br /> each phase of work including planned facility closure(s), length of time area(s) is/are to <br /> be closed, and projected reopening of affected area(s). <br /> 2.2 Work Hours: The Contractor shall provide work schedule. Facility will be partially <br /> ' occupied during construction. The Contractor will have full access to facility. <br /> A. The City has established regulations for control of noise in residential zoned property. <br /> For the purpose of regulating potential disruptive or annoying noise, Ordinance No. <br /> 1556-89 states that all residential zoned land fall within Noise Control No. 1. <br /> 1. Therefore, it should be noted that under the City's Noise Ordinance, construction <br /> related noise is limited to the following hours: <br /> a. 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays <br /> b. 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends and state recognized holidays <br /> 2.3 Be aware that all construction sites will be monitored and violators are subject to fines. <br /> ' 2.4 Construction contractors are responsible for notifying subcontractors of the City's noise <br /> regulations. <br /> 2.5 (Discussion of altering business operating schedule will be determined at Pre- <br /> Construction Meeting) Other hours may be considered on a limited basis without <br /> interruption of Owner's normal operations (Owner will determine if proposed work may <br /> interrupt Owner's operations). All requests for working hours other than those stated <br /> above shall be made exclusively through the Owner's Representative. <br /> PART 3 - Not Used <br /> 1 END OF SECTION 00 73 00 <br /> ' 00 73 00 - 1 SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> I <br />
