I <br /> City of Everett 01 01 90 - 1 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> SECTION 01 01 90 -OWNER FURNISHED MATERIALS <br /> PART 1 -GENERAL <br /> 1 <br /> 1.1 SUMMARY <br /> ' A. Description <br /> 1. Work of this Section includes coordination, transportation/receipt, storage, <br /> ' and installation of the equipment items and materials that will be furnished by <br /> the Owner for installation by the Contractor, as shown on the Contract <br /> Drawings and as specified herein: <br /> a. Six (6)flush mounted inductive charging coils manufactured by <br /> Momentum Dynamics. <br /> b. One (1) 300KW and one (1) 150KW Inductive Charger Cabinets <br /> manufactured by Momentum Dynamics. <br /> c. Cables between the two charger cabinets and the six inductive <br /> ' charging coils will be provided by Momentum Dynamics. <br /> Contractor to provide circuit lengths after the equipment locations <br /> are confirmed to Momentum Dynamics for ordering the cables. <br /> Cables to be installed by contractor but terminated by Momentum <br /> Dynamics. <br /> 2. Should the Owner identify other materials available for use by the Contractor, <br /> the Contractor shall inspect those proposed items and if acceptable will be <br /> responsible to coordinate their transportation, refurbishment, storage, and <br /> installation. The Contractor and the Owner shall agree to refurbishment <br /> standards for each item. <br /> 4. The Contractor, upon acceptance of materials, shall be responsible for <br /> ' Owner furnished materials until they are incorporated in the work and have <br /> been accepted by the Construction Manager. <br /> 5. The Construction Manager shall have the right to access the areas where <br /> Owner furnished materials are stored. <br /> 6. The Contractor shall ensure that all permits necessary for storage area use <br /> have been obtained. <br /> B.
