Due to COVID-19 and in adherence to Mayor Franklin's Directive and Governor Inslee's <br /> Order, Contractors will be allowed to enter the construction site keeping within the social <br /> distance guidelines for outdoors. I <br /> 1.6 ADDENDA ' <br /> A. All addenda released are required to be signed and attached to the bid proposal. <br /> B. Bids proposals with addenda that are not signed shall be considered non-responsive and , <br /> the bid will be rejected. <br /> C. Questions received during the walk thru shall be emailed to Electrical Engineer <br /> consultant and City of Everett Representative and answered as addenda. <br /> D.
