These meetings will be held a min of 10 days prior to beginning work on each work <br /> discipline as identified within these specifications. These meetings shall take place <br /> following the regular progress meetings or as agreed. Contractor is responsible to <br /> schedule and administer these meetings. <br /> B. Suggested Meetings: <br /> 1. Construction Area Access. <br /> 2. Demolition. <br /> 3. Concrete. <br /> 4. Storm Drainage <br /> C. Attendees: <br /> 1. Architect and Architects consultants as appropriate. <br /> 2. Contractor's Superintendent. <br /> 3. Subcontractor as appropriate. <br /> 4. Foreman supervising work. <br /> 5. Others as appropriate. <br /> D. Agenda: <br /> 1. Submittals-Approved? Review contract requirements. <br /> 2. Materials-available and ready for use. <br /> 3.
