City of Everett 00 6113 - 1 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> SECTION 00 6113 -PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND <br /> PERFORMANCE BOND <br /> Bond No.: NWA2861 <br /> The City of Everett has awarded to Brink Electric, LLC (Principal), a contract for the construction of <br /> the project designated as Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit, in Everett, Washington(Contract), <br /> and said Principal is required to furnish a bond for performance of all obligations under the Contract. <br /> The Principal, and Merchants National Bonding, Inc.
