Therefore, bids will be received at a new location and read <br /> publicly using a live streaming process only. Attendance at the bid opening is not allowed. <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the Inductive Charging Infrastructure PROJECT will <br /> be received the City Clerk's Office 1st floor, Everett, Washington 98201 <br /> no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 3, 2022. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly <br /> read aloud Via live streaming only. Thelink to watch the bid opening will be accessible from <br /> http://www.everettwa.gov/319/Purchasing. lfyou have any questions about logging into the live <br /> streaming bid opening, call (425)257-8903. <br /> The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $250,000.00. <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, concrete sawing, excavation, electrical work, <br /> conduit runs, backfill, and concrete at the Everett Transit operation base located at 3325 Cedar <br /> Street, Everett, WA 98201. <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. March 14, 2022, and at 10:00 a.m. March 17 <br /> 2022 on site at 3225 Cedar Street Everett, WA 98201. Any interested bidders may attend. Any <br /> questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid <br /> documents and sent to all the plan holders. <br /> Free-of-charge access to project bid documents(plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) <br /> is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and <br /> clicking on"Posted Projects", "Public Works", and"City of Everett". This online plan room provides <br /> Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, orderfull/partial <br /> plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-offtool. It is <br /> recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future <br /> addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not <br /> register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on- <br /> line plan room for addenda issued on this project. One hundred (100) <br /> percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee <br /> faithful performance of the contract.. <br /> 111 The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. <br /> No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further <br /> reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
