AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade on 38th Street from the East property line of Wetmore Avenue to the East line of Climax Land Company's First Addition in the City of Everett. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined and hereby does determine that public necessity demands that the grade of 38th Street from the East property line of Wetmore Avenue to the East line of Climax Land Company's First Addition be established, NOW, ThEREFORE, THE CITY OF EV RETT DOES ORDAIN; Section 1: That the center line grade for 38th Street from the East property line of Wetmore Avenue to the East line of Climax Land Company's First Addition in the City of Everett be established at the following elevations: Beginning at the East property line of Wetmore Avenue which is designated as Station 0 .4 00, thence East along the center line of 38th Street to the East line of Climax Land Company' s First Addition, which is Station 1 l 37.52.
