AN ORDINAT`TCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 574 for the improvement of 26th Street from Colby Avenue to Rucker Avenue by raving with Portland cement concrete pavement , widening said street where necessary, installation of all surface drainage, construction or reconstruction of all Pavement, construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants , and necessary appurtenances, construction or reconstruc- tion of all concrete curbs and sidewalks where necessary, grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing all other work neces- sary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, Under Ordinance No. 3087 of the City of Everett ; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll ; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF E1L ETT DOES ORDAIN: Secti.ari 1: 'That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 574 for the improvement of 26th Street from Colby Avenue to Rucker Avenue by paving with Portland cement concrete pavement, widening said street where necessary, installation of all surface drainage , ccntruction or reconstruction_ of all pavement , construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants, and neces- sary a purtenances , construction or reconstruction of all concrete cures and sidewalks where necessary, grading or re- grading as may be necessary and doing all other work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance No. 3087 of the . City of iverett , as the same now stands, be , and the same is hereby in all things a--_Droved and confirmed. Section 2 : Thy t each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land as shown by said' roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and thFt the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the assessment appearing upon said ro l , and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot , tract and parcel of land, or other property appeaing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the 24th day of May , 1947 , is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds renuired to be issued on account of said improvement .
