Per IRC R305.1,the minimum ceiling height is required to be 7'-0" (84"). <br /> Please verify and revise drawings and space layout such that this requirement is met. Please note,that the lower <br /> level may meet the IRC R305.1.1 ceiling height thresholds if it can be demonstrated that the lower level meets <br /> the IRC basement definition.
