Decision:The City of Everett Planning Director grants APPROVAL with CONDITIONS to restore the stream and wetland buffer.The following conditions shall apply: 1. All work must comply with the recommendations of the Revised Critical Area Study and Restoration Plan ("The Study") prepared by Wetland Resources, Inc. dated May 26, 2020 including but not limited to invasive vegetation removal, plantings, mulch, inspections, and monitoring. 2. Restoration. Restore the buffer with native species and remove all trash and construction debris as outlined in the restoration plan of The Study.All trash and debris shall be removed by August 10,2020.All plantings shall occur by October 1,2020 unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director. 3. Monitoring.The required restoration plantings shall be monitored for a period of five years pursuant to the Project Monitoring Program outlined in the Study and as conditioned in this decision.The initial as-built report and subsequent annual monitoring reports shall be provided to the City of Everett Planning Division and the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe Fisheries Division. 4. Maintenance.The required restoration plantings shall be maintained for a period of five years pursuant to the Project Maintenance Program outlined in the Study and as conditioned in this decision.
