In compliance with the Procurement Policy, this purchase and any additional <br />purchases from this contract will be brought before Council for award. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The attached vehicle chart provides details on the requested vehicles and additional <br />purchase justification. <br />The vehicles are available for purchase from RWC International LTD, located in Tukwila, <br />Washington, through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services <br />competitively bid contract #05916/COE #2018-117. Vehicles must be purchased from <br />the Tukwila dealership for the City to use the Washington State contract. <br />The City has an Interlocal Agreement with the Washington State Department of <br />Enterprise Services that allows for purchases from its competitively awarded contracts <br />in lieu of soliciting bids on our own. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Award and authorize purchase of four (4) 2022 Isuzu gas cab -over chassis' with RWC <br />International LTD from Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract <br />#05916/COE #2018-117 for a total of $235,608.19 including Washington State sales tax. <br />
