ORDINANCE NO. <br />EVERETT <br />WASH I NGTON <br />An ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled "Everett Municipal Building — Elevator <br />Modernizations", Fund 342, Program 030, as established by Ordinance No. 3757-20 <br />WHEREAS, <br />A. The special improvement project "Everett Municipal Building — Elevator Modernizations", Fund <br />342, Program 030, was established to accumulate the design and construction costs for the <br />project in the amount of $30,000. <br />B. The results of the Energy Services Company - Investment Grade Audit do not warrant moving <br />forward with the project. <br />C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br />received. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That the project entitled "Everett Municipal Building — Elevator Modernizations", Fund 342, <br />Program 030, be closed. <br />Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks & Facilities Director under the administration of <br />the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br />accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the remaining balance of $6,807 be transferred to CIP 1 <br />Section 4. That the final revenues and expenses for the "Everett Municipal Building — Elevator <br />Modernizations", Fund 342, Program 030, are as follows: <br />REVENUES <br />CIP-1 $30,000 <br />Total $30,000 <br />EXPENSES <br />Design $23,193 <br />Transfers Out to CIP 1 $ 6,807 <br />Total $30,000 <br />
