Rather, performance measure <br />information is included as an alert that successful applicants will be required to submit performance data as part <br />of each award's reporting requirements. <br />BJA will require award recipients to submit performance measure data in BJA's PMT located at <br />https://blapmt.olp.gov and separately submit an annual (Category 1 recipients) or semi-annual (Category 2 <br />recipients) performance report in JustGrants. BJA will provide further guidance on the post -award submission <br />process, if selected for award. <br />Note on Project Evaluations <br />An applicant that proposes to use award funds through this solicitation to conduct project evaluations must follow <br />the guidance in the "Note on Project Evaluations" section in the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide. <br />Budget and Associated Documentation <br />Budget Worksheet and Budget Narrative (attachment) <br />The applicant will complete the budget worksheet attachment and submit it by uploading it as an attachment in <br />JustGrants. See the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide for additional information. <br />The budget narrative and budget worksheet (attachment) are critical elements, and applicants will be unable to <br />successfully submit an application in JustGrants unless an attachment is uploaded in this section. If an applicant <br />does not have a budget to submit at the time of application, an attachment must be uploaded noting as such, and <br />BJA will add the appropriate special condition withholding funds for budget documentation. <br />Please note that the budget narrative should include a full description of all costs, including administrative costs <br />(if applicable). <br />Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (if applicable) <br />The applicant will submit its indirect cost rate agreement by uploading it as an attachment in JustGrants. See the <br />OJP Grant Application Resource Guide for additional information. <br />This rule does not eliminate or alter the JAG -specific restriction in federal law that states charges for <br />administrative costs may not exceed 10 percent of the award amount, regardless of the approved indirect cost <br />rate. <br />Financial Management Questionnaire (including applicant disclosure of high -risk status) <br />The applicant will download the questionnaire, complete it, and submit it by uploading it as an attachment in <br />JustGrants. See the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide for additional information and the link to the <br />questionnaire. <br />Disclosure of Process Related to Executive Compensation <br />This solicitation expressly modifies the OJP Grant Application Resource Guide by not incorporating its <br />"Disclosure of Process Related to Executive Compensation" provisions.
