Sullivan Dome Roof Replacement Project. The source of <br />funds is Fund 354, Program 076. The estimated design cost is $25,700, hourly not to exceed. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The existing roof and roof support systems located at the Thornton A. Sullivan Dome has reached <br />the end of its useful life and requires replacement. The scope of work includes design and <br />engineering services along with the creation of an engineer's estimate for the costs to remove, <br />repair and replace the existing roof structure. <br />2812 Architecture was selected from the MRSC consultant roster. <br />Upon completion of the design work which will include plans, specifications, and an engineer's <br />estimate, Parks & Facilities staff will return to Council to amend the Ordinance capturing the total <br />project costs. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with 2812 Architecture to <br />provide architectural and engineering services for the Thornton A. Sullivan Dome Roof <br />Replacement Project. <br />
