• One Deputy City Clerk; One Stenographer-Clerk; One or• more Extra Clerks (pert time ) ; One Clerk (part time ) ; One License Inspector. It shall be the duty of such officers, deputies and assistants to perform the duties pertaining to the office of the City Clerk under the authority and direction of the City Clerk. Section 11: CITY CO- ISSI( N`ERS DEPARTP:ANT. There shall be the following named assistants in the City Commissioners Department, to-wit : One Stenographer (part time).; One Relief Stenographer (part tine) .
