<br /> Bid Item 41 - Extruded Cement Concrete Curb
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Linear Foot(LF)
<br /> Measurement shall be per linear foot as delineated by the Contractor and approved by the
<br /> Inspector prior to removal.
<br /> The unit price per linear foot for restoration of extruded cement curb and shall be full
<br /> compensation for all materials, tools, labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work
<br /> in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications and these
<br /> Special Provisions, including sawcutting, removal, loading, hauling and disposal.
<br /> Bid Item 42 - Concrete Curb Ramp, Type B
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each (EA)
<br /> The unit Contract price per each for "Cement Conc. Curb Ramp Type B" shall be full I
<br /> compensation for all materials, tools, labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work
<br /> in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications and these
<br /> Special Provisions, including sawcutting, removal, loading, hauling and disposal, and
<br /> including the "Detectable Warning Surface."
<br /> Bid Item 43 - Concrete Curb Ramp, Type D
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each (EA) I
<br /> The unit Contract price per each for "Cement Conc. Curb Ramp Type D" shall be full
<br /> compensation for all materials, tools, labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work
<br /> in accordance with the Plans, COE Standard Drawings, Standard Specifications and these
<br /> Special Provisions, including sawcutting, removal, loading, hauling and disposal, and
<br /> including the "Detectable Warning Surface."
<br /> Bid Item 44 - Permanent Pavement Marking I
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS)
<br /> This lump sum bid item includes all costs associated with furnishing all labor, materials, and
<br /> other equipment necessary for restoring and replacing permanent traffic marking, including
<br /> and not limited to, stop bars, turn arrows, lettering, crosswalks, reflectors, delineators, and
<br /> lane or fog-line striping removed or damaged by the Contractor's work in accordance with
<br /> the COE Standard Drawing No. 720, Special Provisions and Plans.
<br /> Bid Item 45 - Baseline COVID-19 Requirements
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Lump Sum (LS)
<br /> This lump sum bid item includes all costs necessary for the duration of the Work for
<br /> compliance with Baseline COVID-19 Requirements.
<br /> Bid Item 46 - Air-Vacuum Valve Assembly, 2-inch[Added per Addendum 2]
<br /> Measurement and Payment: Unit Price per Each (EA)
<br /> The unit contract price for Air Vacuum Valve Assembly, 2-inch, shall constitute full
<br /> compensation for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary and incidental
<br /> to furnish and install valve assembly complete in place, in accordance with the
<br /> Plans, COE Standard Drawing 512, the Standard Specifications and these Special
<br /> Provisions, including but not limited to, dewatering; removal and disposal of existing
<br /> pavement, curb gutter and sidewalk; excavation, removal, hauling, and disposal of
<br /> excavated materials; furnishing, jointing, and installing valves and valve boxes,
<br /> vaults; piping and tubing, connecting to the new main, installing concrete thrust
<br /> blocks; restraint systems; painting; flushing and disinfecting; furnishing, installing,
